Notes

rig: Strong tonal capture (flatness 0.036) but NOT confirmed as UVB-76. Content is a steady tone 578.5 Hz above the tuned USB frequency, continuous, with shallow modulation (depth 0.28) at ~0.30 Hz. The Buzzer keys hard on/off roughly 25 times a minute; the envelope here never falls below 0.32 of peak, so this reads as a carrier with QSB fading rather than the keyed buzz. Either UVB-76 heard weakly through deep fading, or an adjacent carrier. Excellent Tier-A carrier/QSB texture regardless; do not label it as the Buzzer without a clean A/B against a live stream.
