VLF submarine band 17.6-20.0 kHz (RDL, HWU, GBZ chord) — One dial, several transmitters as a chord: Russia 17.9 (600 Hz), RDL 18.1 (800 Hz, 325 Twente spots to 2026-09-27, sometimes clear morse on 18.2), HWU France 18.3 (1000 Hz), Russia 18.9 (1600 Hz), GBZ Anthorn 19.6 (2300 Hz, 186 spots). MSK buzz plus keyed CW. Needs a Kiwi with a VLF antenna — see time-nav-beacons.md §5. Machine broadcasts, no intelligible content.
